To help you with your business and achieve your financial goals, we want to have you in our talent network. Once you are in our talent network, be sure to register and create your producer profile with SureLC so our team can begin the contracting process right away. 

While waiting on for an update on your carrier status, register to our website and reach out to your production consultant to gain access to training resources.

Five steps to becoming a One Life America Agent

Becoming an agent with One Life America is simple and we’ve outlined what your journey should look like over the first 4-weeks.

Week 1: Complete SureLC producer profile

Your assigned production consultant will also send you a link to complete your producer profile. For any producer with One Life America, you are required to complete your producer profile to request carrier-contracting paperwork with different carriers. This step is essential to receiving commissions on the policies you offer to your clients. Below are a couple of resources to guide you through the process:

Continue week 1:Completing your Onboarding

After submitting your application to register into our database and completing your SureLC producer profile,  Register to our website so you have access to all the tools and resources we offer at One Life America.

Commitment activity: Register to One Life America website

Week 2: Schedule a website overview and product knowledge training session

After registering to the One Life America website, reach out to your production consultant to schedule a website overview. You then will be prompted to pick out your carriers and schedule a product knowledge session with our product specialist to go over what carriers you should lead with and what carriers you should use in case a client is at a higher risk.   • Complete lead order(s), 
  • Review agent guides and rate guide for your selected carriers
  • Learn carrier websites and agent portal

Week 3: Learn sales scripts and set appointments

The One Life America University will be your “sales playbook” to reference when setting appointments over the phone, giving in-home presentations, and generating a referral network to incorporate into your sales funnel. You will also be granted free access to our underwriting quoting tools to shop the best carriers for your client based on face amount, age, prescriptions, and health conditions. Finally, take out the guessing work of what to say and use our scripts to set the appointment and close the sale. Learn more here.

Week 4: Finalize- Set, see, & sell

Now that you have ordered leads and have active carriers with One Life America, make sure you review the carriers website and set prospecting times to set appointments. The average agent sets about 12 appointments per week and closes around 6-8 policies using our scripting and free sales tools. Learn more here.
